"" 14.....18 "" The number of days to our Red Rally and Remembrance day

Lest we forget

Friday news -

Lest we Forget De peur que nous n'oubliions

In two weeks 14 days a fortnight, the Red Rally will be held in Charlottetown at 12 noon in support of our troops.

This date was selected ahead of Remembrance in order that the Rally does not infringe on any Cenotaph service on Nov 11.

It is now 90 years since the original 11th day,11th hour of WW1. Canada is again in a fight for Democracy and rebuilding a shattered Afghanistan. The following links may be of interest to anyone thinking of our troops and the history of Canadians at War and Peace.

Here in sunny Manitoba, our Red RallyDays in Shilo are well attended. At this time of year remembrances will take place worldwide.I support our troops and I support the Government spending on democracies. What i don't believe in is canadians if we can call them Canadians that show no respect for flag nor Canada. I take offense at BC for translating our national anthem into Hindi for the 2010 games. Canada has never sung our anthem in any language but French and English our Mother tongues. Never for immigrants of Europe China anywhere have we ever translated our NATIONAL Anthem. Thankyou
