Military Blog Site - with Robby McRobb Blog

The Haunting sound of the Pipes, rings out again this weekend!!

Master Cpl Darrell Priede a combat cameraman of CFB Gagetown will have his ramp ceremomy this weekend. He died in a Chinook crash along with a British soldier and five US allies. Once again we send our prayers and thoughts to this brave man's family and friends. RIP M/Cpl Priede.

This exemplifies the wearing of RED on Fridays and the Yellow Ribbons being tied nationwide. Show your support, show that you care for our brave men and women in the military and let's see them all marching home safely.

Robby, you put it so elegantly and truthfully. My wife and I send our prayers to the families and friends who lost loved ones. We also pray for all our troops wherever they are. We ask everyone not to forget Sunday June 3 , it's Canadian Forces Day. Post a message of appreciation to the troops on the Canadian Forces message board. Take care and God Bless. Rex
