On this Canada's Heritage Week. I send greetings to all Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Women serving both at Home and Abroad with our Armed Forces. In places hot and dusty or cold and icy, Canadians are serving around this globe of ours to preserve the peace, assist with Medical Aid and reconstruction. As well as a myriad of duties in helping those, who due to conflicts and terror are less privileged than we are.
This blogsite looks forward with great enthusiasm to reading comments and opinions from all members of the military and their family members,who are separated for many months on end as the serviceman or woman go about their duties around the Globe.
Be it in a hot dusty climate or a cold frigid climate canadian troops are serving everywhere they are needed.
So anything that you wish to contribute to this site will be greatly appeciated.
A couple of ground rules such as No Profanity nor Abusive Language and we will be off and running.
Questions from the rawest recruit to memoirs from old sweats all are fodder for this site.
I will endeavour to answer any questions ASAP.
