I know in all our prayers we pray that this wonderful stretch of Highway is never used again for a fallen hero from wars abroad. But I know that this is a prayer that may never be fufilled.

As the media upsets members of the invisible army again with coverage of leaked documents. Especially the ones pertaining to the loss of a loved one. In all instances a friend or comrade witnessed these tragic events and I feel that to believe them is far better than, these so called battle diaries and reports which were plundered by a peacenik US soldier.

The U.S. military has said it traced both leaks to Pte. 1st Class Bradley Manning, a 22-year-old intelligence analyst who had been working at an army forces operating base in Baghdad.

This man should be punished severely, for the theft of military documents.

Never the less we in Canada on the whole respect, honour and defend our troops.

    I heard the Father of WO Mellish speaking about the so called leaked reports. He is 100% correct these tale from the field are outta date outta sight and totally inaccurate. My the families find relief with friends and supporters. The Regiment is behind them I am sure. VRI
