I am Bob Doyle from Stratford, PEI, and I understand that there was an article in the Jornal Pioneer, supposedly submitted by a Bob Doyle. I want Catherine MacLellan to know that I did not submit that article. I have been an extertainer here on the Island for many years, and I am very proud to be a part of the Island musician family. I want to say congratulations, to Catherine and all the winners and Nominees for this years awards. All well deserved. If I ever place an article anywhere, you may rest asured that I will submit it under Bob Doyle of Stratford. I did not see the article,nor do I want to, be clear Catherine, it was not me. Catherine's win was well-deserved. She is an amazing talent and has far to go in her career. I appreciate that she has the same gentle qualities her father had, and the same devotion to her art. Congratulations and good luck in all you do in the future Catherine.

We all have a lot to be proud of here on the Island, there are certainly a large group of very talented musicians, songwriters, and producers who make us very proud of their accomplishments. -

It's too bad that Catherine's father wasn't in the crowd to watch her win three awards. I'm sure that he would have been beaming with pride. She can sing and write songs - more proof that an apple doesn't fall very far from the tree. I've never heard her perform before, and I'm very interested in checking out her talent.
